Returns
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• With all tags still attached

• Free of any damage, stains, or odors

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued via email.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or discounted items

• Accessories or jewelry

• Gift cards

• Items marked “Final Sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or store credit if approved.

Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for it to be processed.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Lost or Stolen Packages Policy

Once your order has been shipped and marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Ace High is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

• Check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors

• Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance

We are not able to issue refunds or replacements for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is still in transit and appears to be delayed or lost before delivery confirmation, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
